How do I buy your plugins?
Thank you for your interest. You will need to sign into your account (or create one first) - https://redspinach.com/users/login - Clicking on the "buy" button will take you to a checkout page to complete your purchase. The link to download the full product and your license key will be shown in your user account page.
How do I install your plugins?
Download the demo version from the product page or the full version from your user account page if you have already purchased a license. Unzip the installer, and double click on the installer package. On Windows, it'll be a .exe file (Trusted signing pending), and on the Mac a .pkg file. That's it!
How do I register the plugin?
Login and copy your license key as shown in your user account. Paste that key into the plugin license dialog when you start it up. Please make sure that you type in your name exactly as in your user account. The plugin should then unlock.
Do you issue refunds?
Unfortunately no. We do provide a demo version for you to try. Please only purchase the plugin if it runs well on your system.

Can I unlock the demo when I purchase a license?
No. The demo is a different build from the full version. You will get a link to the full installer and a license key in your user account once you purchase a license.
What limitations are in the demo version of the plugin?
Preset saving is disabled and there will be a few seconds of silence every 45 seconds.
What plugin formats do you offer?
64-bit AUv2 and VST3 on the Mac, and 64-bit VST3 on Windows.
What OS are you compatible with?
macOS 10.13-10.15 Intel and Apple Silicon, and Windows 10 & 11.

Please make sure you are logged into the right account. The License key and link to the full product will be on your user account page.
I can't unlock the plugin
Please make sure you copy the correct license key and enter your name exactly as on your user account.
Can I buy Red Spinach plugins anywhere else?

Help, Windows is complaining that it doesnt't trust the installer
Our sincerest apologies. Windows trusted signing is pending. We will get the installer signed and notarized as soon as we are able to do so. Meanwhile, please only download the plugin from redspinach.com. Please check that the SHA-1 checksum matches the zip file.
